WRTC 2026 will take place in the UK between 7th and 13th July 2026. It will take place in an area known as East Anglia. The 50 operating sites will be located in the counties of Suffolk, Norfolk, and Cambridgeshire.
The WRTC 2026 Organising Committee have become aware of a number of discrepancies contained within log files from competing stations at this year’s event. Consultation with the Judging Committee has confirmed that these findings are of particular importance as they may impact on the finishing positions of the teams.
The table below lists the final scores by QSOs per band and mode. Statistics for error rate and unique rate are also provided along with the percentage of contacts on each mode.

Hello from the 2026 WRTC Judging Committee. The Judging Committee’s function is to assure that the order of finish represents entrants’ performances, where all credited contacts are those that are accurate, rule-compliant, and fairly made. Established software is used to cross check and score the logs. If all contacts of all entrants are made ethically and fairly, the computer-adjudicated order-of-finish would be all that is needed.
The WRTC 2026 Organising Committee would like to clarify the topic of national identification for the WRTC 2026 event. The 2023 event held in Italy recognised the changing situation around the world with regard to national identification and implemented a balanced approach given a number of factors.
The competition rules used for WRTC 2026 are provided at the link below. The rules were also accompanied by a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document that responded to competitor questions and provided guidance on how the rules should be interpreted.
The United Kingdom organizing committee has announced the qualification and selection criteria for WRTC 2026.
There will be up to 50 teams. This includes the 40 qualifiers from regions around the world plus the defending champions, 4 youth teams, 2 sponsored teams, and 1 wild card team selected by the organizer.
Everyone interested in qualifying for WRTC 2026 must do so by operating in a variety of contests between October 2023 and March 2025. See the full rules at
The WRTC Sanctioning Committee (SC) is pleased to announce that the organization of the World Radiosport Team Championship 2026 was granted to the United Kingdom Host Committee.
The UK’s application was well prepared. Knowing their determination, we expect another outstanding meeting and competition among the world’s best contesters in the East Anglia region north of London.
The new Organizing Committee will publish all information and the qualifying process with the support of the WRTC Sanctioning Committee.
