EXCURSION TO HVITTRÄSK 4½ HRS
A guide will meet you at the hotel at 10.00 am
This is a very interesting excursion to the studio of the famous Finnish architectualt trio Saarinen-Geselius-Lindgren and to the house of Hvitträsk, the home of Eliel Saarinen .
This is the most significant architectural creation in our time. The atelier which is made of log and natural stone is located in the woods. The surroundings, nature, high cliffs, the forest, and clear lake, are at the heart of Hvitträsk.
Guided tour in the museum and the surroundings, some free time for your own studies.
A 3-course lunch at the idyllic restaurant. (Drinks not included)
After the lunch return to Helsinki.
