EXCURSION TO ÅLAND ISLANDS, OH0
16 July 2002
Departure from Helsinki to Kustavi at 09.30 by luxury charter bus.
From Kustavi we'll take a small ferry to Åva on Brändö island.
After lunch we will visit the world renowed OH0B, OH0R, OH0W contest site where we can
make our personal OH0 mini-DXpedition.
In the evening we'll leave Brändö island for the next small island of Kumlinge, where we will stay overnight at Länsmans Guesthouse. A light supper will be served.

After a good night sleep and an early breakfast we will continue with yet another small ferry to the sc. Mainland of the Åland islands , where we will see some of the local attractions and
see the advanced OH0Z Contest QTH.
After the lunch there will be some free time in Mariehamn, in the main city of the islands.
At 11.45 pm we will catch the big car ferry M/S Gabriella to Helsinki.

Before the arrival at 09.55am in Helsinki breakfast will be served on the ship.
Fare EUR 205 per person (USD 185) Extra charge for single room and single cabin EUR 63(USD 57)
Fare includes:
- bus transportation (very high standard bus with WC, video equipment, radio-cassette player fridge and phone)
- snacks and beverages on the bus
- ferry transportation
- accommodation in double rooms at Länsmans guesthouse
- guided tour at the main island
- accommodation in inside double cabins on M/S Gabriella
- all meals mentioned in the program
AT LEAST 30 PARTICIPANTS IS REQUIRED.
